Dexter Wood
Safety Specialist
Dexter is dedicated to helping people work safely. He is a lifelong Virginia resident and has spent his career helping to reduce risks in a hazardous environment while helping his coworkers work safely.
Following retiring from a more than 40yr career as a meat cutter, he came to join us (in support of his wife) and can be seen performing onsite safety inspections and safety stand downs for us.
Dexter is a father of 6, and, when he's not spending time with his family, he likes to take on small renovation projects around his and Pinkie's house and enjoys the outdoors.
